REACH Hi-Liters Route

This is a little late to the discussion party, but I'd thought I'd add my route.

650 points, but we were 5 minutes late. 13.8 miles.

Route planning and navigating was spot on (this was my 3rd Bellevue Scramble, so I guess I'm learning). The master plan was to get 790 points over 16.9 miles (a distance I covered just once before at a Scramble, in Everett). However, my teammate's knee starting acting up, so we had to abort the plan and walk back. Luckily, the tardiness wasn't quite enough to drop us to second. Vlad with REACH Orangeade is giving us some competition!

I was pleasantly surprised that we won a gift certificate! We used it immediately to snag the brand new Wilco album from the record store there. We had enough left over for coffee and ice cream. Thanks!

Other notes:

- We missed the back way out (heading NW) from the library at #52. We backtracked around and ran into some teams twice!

- The live bluegrass music at #56 was a welcome surprise.

- We saw several teams scratching their heads at #43. There were two plaques there, but only one of them was on the south side of a building!

- There's a shortcut between #54 and #26 somewhere. We got to #54 with another team, and we headed off in separate ways. They got to #26 way ahead of us.

- My friends with the REACH Bad Guys drew their route, too: http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/?r=969360
